Standing still

Once there was a man called Bill, he lived in Ellesmere cottage. He was four feet tall and was the smallest man in the town. However, one day he grew to be the tallest man in the world . The sun was shinning bright that day in the market; when he grew as tall as a the Eiffel tower. As his metallic head looked up at the soaring, squawking Parrot, swooping by. Its long ferocious wings flapping frantically as it glided over the growing Bill. Suddenly, he became paralyzed high in the air and this is why there is a statue in the middle of the roundabout.
